Delete your account

Last updated 25 August 2026

Deletion means deletion. There is no grace period, no archive, and nothing to undo it with.

The short version

In the app, in three taps. Your face, top corner → the cog → Delete account. It happens immediately.

Already uninstalled? Email privacy@techforce.pro from the address attached to your account, and we do it for you within 30 days — usually the same week.

It is not reversible. Your name, your record and your place on every leaderboard go with it.

Deleting it yourself

Tap your face in the top corner of any screen to open your own page, then the cog in the corner of that page, and choose Delete account — it sits under the privacy and terms links, in red. The app asks you to confirm, and then it is done — the request is not queued for review by anybody.

Every session is revoked at the same moment, so any other phone you were signed in on is signed out immediately rather than continuing to play against a record that no longer exists.

If you no longer have the app

Write to privacy@techforce.pro from the email address your account uses, and say that you want it deleted. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, write from the relay address Apple gave you — it reaches us, and it is the address we hold.

If we cannot tell which account is yours, we will ask you for your in-game name rather than guess. We answer within 30 days, as the GDPR requires, and in practice much sooner.

What is deleted

All of it, in one transaction:

Your position disappears from the daily, weekly and lifetime leaderboards along with the name that held it.

What remains, and why

One thing survives: the fight rows themselves — which boss, which gate, the result, and how many people were in the party. They keep no reference to you and cannot be traced back to you once your account is gone.

They stay because raids are shared. A party of four who cleared something together should not lose that from their own history because one of them left, and the only way to keep their record intact is to keep the fight.

The save on your own phone is not ours to reach. It stays on the device until you delete the app, and deleting the app does not delete the account — do this first if you want both gone.

If you want less than deletion

Two smaller doors exist, because deleting an account to escape one thing is a bad trade:

Your other rights under the GDPR — a copy of your data, correction, restriction, objection, portability — are described in the Privacy Policy and reached at the same address.
