Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026
The agreement between you and TechForce OÜ for using Gods of Pushups.
The short version
Train sensibly. This is a game that asks you to exercise hard. It is not a coach, a trainer or a medical device, and it cannot tell whether a movement is safe for your body.
Play fair. Don't fake reps, script the app or tamper with the API. Leaderboards only mean something if the numbers are real.
Coins and gates are not money. Nothing in the game has cash value, or can be sold or transferred.
Free at launch, and young. We may add paid features later, change or discontinue parts of it, and we don't promise the servers are always up.

The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and TechForce OÜ (Estonia), the maker of Gods of Pushups. By installing the app, signing in, or using any part of the service, you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
Health, safety and your own judgement
Read this one. Gods of Pushups asks you to do strenuous physical exercise, and it is designed to push you further than you would go on your own. That carries a real risk of injury.
- Talk to a doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, joint, back or shoulder condition, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or have not exercised in a while.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness or shortness of breath. A gate is not worth an injury, and no target here is a reason to keep going through pain.
- Warm up, use a clear space with room to fall, and put the phone somewhere it cannot land on you.
The app counts a movement; it does not judge your form, your technique or your safety, and a rep the camera accepts is not necessarily a rep a coach would. Gods of Pushups is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Nothing in it diagnoses, treats or prevents anything.
You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding what your body can take today.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. In countries where data-protection law sets a higher age of digital consent — up to 16 — you need a parent or guardian's permission below that age. If you are under 18, get one anyway before starting a training programme.
Your account
Playing requires an account, created by signing in with Apple or Google. Keep control of that sign-in — anyone who has it has your account.
Your display name is generated by us rather than chosen by you, and you can re-roll it. One account per person; don't run several to farm a leaderboard.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. See what deletion removes.
Fair play
Reps are counted on your phone, which means the honest thing and the easy thing are not always the same. We ask you to do the honest one:
- Do the reps. Don't wave a hand at the camera, don't point it at a video, don't get someone else to do your set.
- Don't modify the app, automate it, or send fabricated results to our API.
- Don't try to break, overload or probe the service, or access anyone else's account or data.
- Don't use invites or friend requests to harass anyone.
We check submissions for the physically impossible and reject them, and we may remove scores, reset progress, or suspend or close an account that is clearly cheating or abusing other players. We would rather do none of this.
Coins, gates and everything you earn
Coins, keys, gates, heroes, faces and auras exist inside the game only. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred to another player. You get a personal, revocable licence to use them in the game — nothing more.
The game's economy is still being tuned. Prices, gate requirements, rewards and rep-to-damage rates can change, which can change what you can afford or attempt. We try to make such changes fair to people who already earned what they earned, but we do not guarantee any balance stays as it is.
There is nothing to buy in Gods of Pushups today. If that ever changes, these terms will change with it, before it does.
The service itself
Gods of Pushups is free to play at launch, and may not stay that way. We may add paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases later. You will never be charged without agreeing to a purchase first: payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, which ask you every time. If we introduce anything paid, these terms and the Privacy Policy are updated before it goes live, and the app says so.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may stop operating the online parts of it — accounts, duels, raids, leaderboards — with reasonable notice where we can give it.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The rep counter is an estimate made from a camera, and it will sometimes miss a rep or count a bad one.
What belongs to whom
The app, its code, artwork, characters, names, sounds and text are ours or our licensors', and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, redistribute or make derivative works from any of it, except to the extent the law says you may regardless of this paragraph.
The record of your training is yours. We use it to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and we claim nothing else over it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account or the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — in particular the fair-play and safety sections — or where we must for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.
Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, TechForce OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost progress arising from your use of the app.
We do not exclude anything the law does not let us exclude. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. Nothing in these terms takes those away.
If you got the app from Apple
This agreement is between you and TechForce OÜ, not Apple, and we alone are responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claim that the app or your use of it causes harm, infringes a third party's intellectual property, or breaches consumer-protection law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country's law, and you may bring proceedings where you live.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top moves when we do, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
