A person reads info@techforce.pro. Write about anything — a bug, a rep that didn't count, an account you want gone.

Before you write

Reps not counting? Prop the phone so the front camera can see your head, shoulders and hips together. That is what the counter looks for.

Can't sign in? Your phone has to be signed in to an Apple or Google account first. There is no password to reset — we never had one.

Want your data gone? The deletion page is the fastest route, and it is immediate from inside the app.

The camera and the rep counter

Reps are counted on your phone, from the front camera, by a pose model bundled inside the app. Nothing is recorded and nothing is uploaded — see the Privacy Policy.

That means counting depends entirely on what the camera can see. If reps are missed:

If the camera never starts at all, check that Gods of Pushups has camera permission in your phone's settings. You can refuse it and still use the rest of the game; reps just will not count themselves.

Signing in

Sign-in is with Apple or Google only. There are no passwords in this app, so there is nothing to reset and nothing for us to see.

If the sheet opens and closes immediately, the usual cause is a phone that is not signed in to an Apple Account (Settings, then your name at the top) or a Google account. Apple's Hide My Email works fine here — the relay address reaches us and is the address we hold.

Your in-game name is generated, and you can re-roll or change it whenever you like. It is the name other players see; your email never is.

Progress, and playing offline

The save on your phone is the one that counts while you are playing, so a fight in a basement with no signal works exactly like any other. Progress is pushed to your account when there is a connection, and merged upward — signing in on a second phone adds up rather than overwriting.

If something looks missing after a reinstall, sign in with the same provider you used before. The record follows the account, not the device.

Notifications

Only ever sent after your phone asks and you agree — a challenge from a friend, or a raid forming. Turn them off in your phone's system settings; nothing else stops working when you do.

Training safely

This game is designed to push you further than you would go alone, and it cannot tell whether a movement is safe for your body. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest tightness. A gate is not worth an injury. The Terms set this out in full, and it is the section worth reading.

Reaching us

Email info@techforce.pro. It helps to say which phone you are on, which part of the game you were in, and what you expected to happen.

We answer within 30 days, which is what the GDPR requires of us, and in practice much sooner. Gods of Pushups is made by TechForce OÜ, registered in Estonia.
